 2nd Course - Tomato, red onion and buffalo boccocini salad
with house made basil olive oil and balsamic reduction.
Entree -  Double Smoked Cheddar mac n Cheese
with a herbed panko parmesan crust.
Dessert - Honey vanilla cheese cake on a Chinese 5 spice graham crust.
 Black pepper Strawberry Coulis on
Sixth Course- Camembert, Six varieties of cheese plus more Gougères.
Many condiments including green apple and bacon confit,
 dates, wildflower honey toasted pine nuts and balsamic reduction.
